New membership sales are closed while final pricing, trial, billing and cancellation arrangements are being approved. This policy does not announce a paid launch or promise a particular membership price or trial. Before any purchase, the service description, full price, payment schedule and applicable cancellation terms must be provided.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights under applicable consumer law. For eligible online service contracts, consumers normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. If you expressly request a service to start during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply to work actually supplied. The cancellation right ends after full performance only where the required express request and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Digital content
Immediate paid digital content does not automatically remove cancellation rights. Any loss of that right requires your prior express consent to supply during the cooling-off period, acknowledgement of the loss and the required confirmation. Optional tracking choices or a general privacy checkbox are not a waiver. Our free starter PDF has no purchase charge.
Service problems and incorrect charges
Tell us about duplicate or incorrect charges, charges after an effective cancellation, or a service that was not supplied as agreed. We will assess the request and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. Outcomes decided by an NHS body, council or other authority are not guaranteed by a navigation service.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email clara@theclarapath.org with your name, account email, service purchased, order/reference if available and the date of purchase. A reason for an eligible statutory cancellation is not required. Do not send card details or sensitive case documents. We will confirm the applicable cancellation and access-end date in writing. Account billing controls are shown where available.
Refund method and timing
Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days after we are informed of the cancellation. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not charge a refund fee. Bank or payment-provider posting times may differ.
