About The Clara Path
This website is operated by The Clara Path Consultants Ltd. Contact clara@theclarapath.org and see business details. These terms describe website use; a paid individual service requires its own clear written scope, price and cancellation information before purchase.
Information and service boundaries
Public resources provide general health and social care information, administrative preparation and signposting for England and Wales. They are not medical diagnosis, clinical treatment decisions, regulated personal care, legal representation or regulated financial advice. Relevant law, eligibility, processes and deadlines can vary. Check current requirements with the responsible authority or appropriately qualified professional.
No promised outcome
We do not guarantee an assessment result, care funding, benefit award, appeal outcome or decision by a third party. NHS bodies, local authorities and other decision makers remain responsible for their decisions. References to official sources do not imply their endorsement of Clara Path.
Emergencies and safeguarding
This website and community are not emergency or safeguarding reporting services. Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger; use NHS 111 for urgent medical help that is not life-threatening. Report safeguarding concerns to the relevant local authority or emergency service.
Accounts and community conduct
Keep your account credentials private and sign out on shared devices. Use the community respectfully, keep posts general, and remove names, addresses, reference numbers and case records. Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content, impersonate others or use the community for unsolicited selling. We may moderate content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect members or meet legal obligations; contact us to raise a concern or ask for a review.
Using resources
You may use downloaded guidance for your own preparation and support. Do not sell or falsely present Clara Path resources as your own. Official materials and third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights. Public links and consent-gated embeds lead to providers whose services and policies are their responsibility.
Paid services and membership
New membership sales remain closed until commercial and operational requirements are met. Before accepting a paid contract we will provide the full price, service scope, payment frequency, any trial conditions and cancellation arrangements. Existing account access does not by itself create a new paid agreement. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy; statutory consumer rights remain protected.
Privacy and optional services
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Optional analytics and embedded content require separate choices in Privacy settings. A form privacy acknowledgement does not sign you up for marketing or waive cancellation rights.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with website information and operation, but cannot promise continuous availability or that third-party links remain unchanged. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions, complaints and applicable law
Contact us with a clear description of the concern and the service or page involved. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in a court available to you as a consumer. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an existing paid contract.
